The Farm Business Innovation event, run by Agriconnect, will be a showcase of the latest products and services from industry leaders, plus information and advice from experts.
More than 500 exhibitors will be at the Birmingham NEC, on Wednesday 2 and Thursday 3 of November, to present products and services to visitors that could help them diversify their farms.
A schedule of more than 150 speakers will also offer further information and advice, such as Ally Hunter Blair who will talk about his successful on-farm diversifications into glamping and equestrian facilities; William Roobottom of Cowley Hill Farm will share insight into social media and his experiences with YouTube; and Patrick Wrixon of the Cart Shed will be encouraging farmers to consider care farming methods.
In addition, panel debates will see speakers addressing industry hot topics, while the show awards will be celebrating the companies leading the way in rural diversification.
“With the ever-increasing challenges facing the agricultural industry, it is more important than ever for the Farm Business Innovation show to highlight opportunities for farmers and landowners to diversify their businesses,” said Nichola Bell, head of events for Agriconnect.
“With the range of exhibitors, demonstrations and other resources on offer, it’s an unmissable event for anyone wanting to explore the opportunities.”
