The 2023 Low Carbon Agriculture Show will return to the NAEC in Stoneleigh, on February 7 and 8, with a focus on balancing sustainable food production and energy security.
Following the successes of the 2022 show, new conference sessions will focus on enhancing biodiversity, transitioning to regenerative farming systems, niche crops, managing energy use and costs, separate sessions on the decarbonisation of UK heat and power, and maximising returns from existing clean energy assets.
For 2023, the show will also feature a policy workshop, where farmers and landowners will have the chance to quiz experts on agricultural, energy and environmental policy. Plus, an exhibition, test drives of low emission vehicles and machinery, and demonstrations of the latest innovations in agri-tech.
The Low Carbon Agriculture Show is run in partnership with the NFU and the Country Land and Business Association. The show incorporates four expos: ‘Environmental Business Expo’, ‘Farm Technology Expo’, ‘Energy Now Expo’ and ‘Low Emission Vehicles Expo.’
