Premium Crops have announced that the Chemicals Regulation Division (CRD) of the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) have given notice that their EAMU Application for the use of Lambdastar® insecticide on linseed has been granted approval.
Premium Crops company agronomist, Hannah Foxall, said: “The Life Scientific product, Lambdastar®, containing the active lambda-cyhalothrin, is an effective insecticide against Flax Flea beetle in Spring Linseed. This approval increases the range of product containing the active lambdacyhalothrin that are available to growers and helps broaden the spectrum of insecticides to reduce resistance risk.”.
“Premium Crops have a good relationship with Life Scientific and look forward to continue working with them to broaden the range of available products to our growers.”
