Resilience is the subject of the first AHDB monitor farm events of the season.
The first at the Wisbech site on Thursday 2nd November will be hosted by Andrew and Sam Melton, they will be joined by Gary Markham, Director of Farms & Estates at Rural Tax Accountants, Land Family Business. On the agenda is the need to understand your cost of production, benchmarking and diversification options.
The second will be held Landbeach, Cambridge, a few days later on Tuesday 7th November. Hosted by Matt Redman, benchmarking again is on the agenda alongside enhancing decision-making and improving business performance, evaluating gross margins and maximising break crop profitability.
The events are free to attend, but spaces are limited, so register to secure a place. BASIS and NRoSO points will be available.
